SCHOLARSHIP

Take a moment to think about the impact your collegiate experience has had on your life. If you are like most alumnae, being in Greek Life has made a lasting impression and created a lifelong network of friends and sisterhood. Now, you have a chance to help others do the same.

Each year, the St. Louis Alumnae Panhellenic Association presents over $6000 in scholarships to young women who have demonstrated their outstanding commitment to NPC's core values of friendship, leadership, service, knowledge, integrity, and community in their daily lives.

We hope you will join us in our effort to honor the outstanding work of our Panhellenic sisters.  

ELIGIBILITY:

• Applicant must be an active member of a St. Louis alumnae chapter of a National Panhellenic Conference [NPC] sorority.
• Applicant must be currently attending, accepted to, or returning to in 2024 to graduate school at a college or university in Missouri, or at SIU-Edwardsville or McKendree University in Illinois.
• Applicant may be a college senior or college graduate who plans to attend graduate school in 2024.
• Previous St Louis Alumnae Panhellenic graduate scholarship recipients are ineligible.
• Scholarship recipients, or a representative, are required to attend the annual Panhellenic Spirit Celebration to be held on a date to be determined in May/June, 2025 in St Louis, MO.

AWARD PROCESS:

• The St. Louis Alumnae Panhellenic Scholarship Committee will perform a blind review of applications that meet all eligibility requirements.The Scholarship Chair is not an evaluating member of the committee. The evaluating committee will review applications based on applicant’s scholastic
• records, sorority, Panhellenic, campus and community leadership activities, honors and awards, and a short personal statement.

PROGRAM PROCESS:

November 1, 2024

Application opens. Applications must be completed online.

February 15, 2025

Applications are due no later than midnight.

April 2025

Winners will be announced April 2025.

May/June 2025

Scholarship checks will be mailed to the respective universities and certificates of award will be presented to the scholarship recipients at the annual Panhellenic Spirit Celebration in the St. Louis area on a date TBD. All winners are required to attend or have a representative attend.
